Scratch Duo is a combination of software and hardware that gives you tactile control over your digital music via two CDJs or turntables. However, the real power lies in the software. After wading through the extensive registration and installation process, Traktor enables you to automatically sync songs together, cutting the need for beat matching. Some say this isn’t ‘real’ DJing, but I found it gave me more time to focus on the music and provided creative freedom to piece together the perfect mix. In short, I’m hooked!
